Traditional food fair in Bucharest this weekend

A traditional food fair is going to take place on Saturday and Sunday at the Romanian Peasant Museum in Bucharest.

Duck pastrami from the Botosani region, smoked meat from Transylvania, goat cheese with nuts and poppy seeds, barrel-shaped cheese in fir containers specific to the Fundata area and pepper cheese will all be on offer.

The fair welcomes visitors to sample its traditional products made by local specialists who respect old recipes.
