All four Romanian teams in the Europa Lague were defeated yesterday
(Thurs) evening and won’t advance to the next round of competition.
Dinamo Bucharest lost by a score of 0-3 (0-2) to Turkish Galatasaray Istanbul. Dinamo is third in group F with three points, while Galatasaray Istanbul leads it with 10 points.
FC Timişoara lost by a score of 3-1 (1-0) to Belgian team Anderlecht Brussels in that city.
Parks scored in the 51st minute for Timisoara. It ranks third in Group A with 2 points, and Ajax Amsterdam is the leader with 8 points in four matches.
