102 old gets new ID valid until 2072

One of the eldest women in Romania got today (Thurs) a new ID card, Realitatea TV news channel informs.

Cornici Victoria from Sculeni village, Iasi County (North East) received her new ID card from the hands of the village mayor.

The ID card will allow the old woman to vote in the local elections, due on June 10. The card will expire in 2072. The woman who has five children and 40 grand children said she is happy that she was visited by the mayor.
