Some 203 sentenced for corruption in March

The Anti-Corruption Direction (DNA) within the Prosecutor’s Office announced today (Mon) that 203 people had been sentenced on corruption charges investigated by the DNA in March, a communiqué reads.

DNA says among those sentenced there is one Deputy, two bank managers, a president of a Trade Chamber, two lawyers, the heads of two local fiscal administration bodies, a police officer and 14 managers.

According to the prosecutors, the persons sentenced for corruption got sentences from 4 months to 6 years in prison.
