The woman was walking in Targu Ocna (Eastern Romania)together with her other child, an 8-year-old girl. Passers-by shocked to see a small baby in a bag crying and trying to get out, called the emergency number 112. When she was apprehended, the woman told the police officers that she had to go out shopping and could not leave the baby alone at home.
