Boy destroys school classroom

An eight-year-old boy has been detained by police after he broke into a school and destroyed a classroom,

Police in Salaj in central Romania said today (Weds) that the boy and a friend aged 11 broke two windows to get into the school and then destroyed a classroom by throwing red paint everywhere. They tried to steal some footballs and stole electrical equipment.

The boys' parents have to pay the school 250 Euros to cover the damage.
