Warning for heavy snow in 21 counties

Another round of heavy snowfall and blizzards will occur in 21 counties in southern  regions, meteorologists warned today (Weds).

Capital Bucharest is included in the warning, which is valid from tonight until tomorrow (Thurs) at 8pm.

Strong winds and heavy snowfalls are expected, while, in the Dobrogea in southeastern Romania, rain and sleet are possible.

Temperatures dropped to as low as minus 23 degrees Celsius this week in unusual weather for the beginning of spring.
