BCR launches real estate portal

Austrian Erste's Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) launched today (Weds) the first real estate offers website managed by a bank, in Romania.

The new portal (www.bcrimobiliare.ro) presents real estate offers from bank's partners.

Retaild Credits manager, Stefan Coroianu, said: "BCR already has partnerships with over 150 real estate agencies and almost 100 developers. For next year, we intend to sign over 250 partnerships with real estate agencies and 150 developers."

The bank said it plans to finance around 2,500 real estate purchases, following these partnerships.

BCR, owned by Austrian Erste, is Romania's largest bank, with assets of over 16 billion Euros.
