Private medical-clinic chain CMU opens clinic in Bacau

Private medical-clinic chain Centrul Medical Unirea (CMU) opened its seventh clinic outside capital Bucharest in Bacau today (Thurs).

CMU has invested one million Euros in acquisition of a majority stake of the former CIM clinic in Bacau.

CMU recently sold 80 per cent of its shares to investment fund Advent International. Although the price of the transaction has not been revealed, the media have estimated it to several tens of million of Euros.

CMU is one of the most important private medical-clinic chains in Romania.
