One million Dacia cars produced at Mioveni plant

The one millionth Dacia was built on Logan platform X90 today (Thurs), the Mioveni plant announced.

The car was a Logan Préférence 1.6 MPI, which is going to be sold on the Romanian market.

Five models in 27 versions are built on the X90 car platform at Mioveni.

A total of 576,887 Logans, 246,869 Logan MCVs, 144,931 Sanderos, 19,897 Logan VANs and 11,416 Logan Pick-Ups have been produced in the last five years.

Around 85 per cent of the cars produced at Mioveni are for export, according to the company.

The plant produces 1,340 vehicles daily.
