What the truck? This lorry driver is looking at a hefty insurance claim - after his 100 ton truck destroyed a bridge in northern China.
The pig-headed trucker ignored safety signs giving the bridge's maximum load weight at 55 tons and ploughed on with a cargo of massive concrete mouldings.
"Half way across there was an almighty crash and the back of the truck just dropped through the bridge," said one eye witness in the village near Wuzhong city.
"We'd tried to warn the driver but he said he was in a hurry and told us to get out of his way," they added.
The trucker fled when his load broke away from his cab as it fell to the ground, leaving him free to drive away.
"But we know which building site he was going to and it won't take us long to find him," said a police spokesman.
