Green fingered Chen Caixia's public loo is a cut above others in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, eastern China - after she planted hundreds of sweet-smelling flowers for nature lovers to sniff as they do what comes naturally.

Chen, 44, has spent 10 years cultivating the grounds around the lavatory, which is now so popular it attracts tourists.

"I like the people who use my toilet to be happy and as they walk among these flowers I can see people relaxing," she explained.

"And of course it is where I spend all day and eat my lunch so I'd much rather smell some fragrant flowers than the alternative," she added.
