Sick Polish man Rafal Kozlowski, 54, has been arrested after he strung up his dogged by the neck from a tree and then put a deckchair so we can sit back and enjoy the scene as the animal struggle to stay alive at Wiazowny in Poland.
The animal survived the ordeal after a neighbour called police who cut the dog down and arrested the man who now faces up to 3 years in jail for animal cruelty charges.
He claimed his TV had broken and he was bored and wanted something to do – and came up with the idea after hearing about Spanish hunting dogs which are strung up from trees after their short hunting career is over.
The brutal ritual is known as the piano player because of the way the dogs feet scrabble in an effort to reach the ground.
The dog was taken to a local vet and then passed over to an animal shelter.
